I had an appointment scheduled. The tech called out sick, but no one bothered to notify me.
3 phone calls later I find out they scheduled me for the following week, again with no communication. I called to have it scheduled earlier and was told “it’s not going to happen”. All the communication happens by email, only one out of the five people I spoke with was willing to pick up the phone to make a call.
Horrible customer service, no communication. And I still have an oven that doesn’t work at all a week before Christmas.
