Sears Home Services - Worst experience ever

I purchased a service plan for my Kenmore washer in september 2017. I needed service in October 2017.
Now have same issue in De ember 2017. Scheduled service for 12/13. No one showed up. Scheduled again for 12/15.
No one showed up. Scheduled again for 12/19. No one showed up. No one even calls to let you know they won't be coming.
This amounts to fraud because Sears took my money for the two-year agreement and are now refusing to render service. Don't waste your money on eithet a Kenmore appliance or a Sears protection agreement.
