April 20th I put 16,000.00 down payment for windows. I have been getting the run around.

the issue was the permit, next was a misunderstanding of the dates for delivery then it was the window is broken and cannot deliver until the windows are made again. I have asked to please speak to a manager regarding the delivery no calls from anybody. My sales man pretends he doesn't know anything. The girl that messed up on delivery and wrong dates told me she didn't realize that she had to tell me that some of the hurricane windows are broken.

They have my money for 5month and the windows. I want my money back before I take actions.
