On Tuesday, June 16, I scheduled an appointment to have my dryer repaired on Saturday June 21 between 12:00 and 5:00. I waited around all day until I received a phone call at 4:30 that my appointment would have to be rescheduled. I called the service center and asked to speak with a manager. I was told that it would take 1 to 2 hours for a manager to return my phone call. Sears wasted my entire day when I could have easily rescheduled with any one of hundreds of other repair services
There are plenty of other home-repair services out there. Do not waste your time with Sears.
