Sears Home Services Refrigerator Repair Review

2 hours late and overcharged after they told my wife additional services were needed. She agreed so they would start and hopefully be out of our house by 9pm, on a school night. Maybe if they ever showed up on time they would be better received? ? ( and the fridge is still leaking, $250 later??)

Awful service. If they know you have a Sears Protection Agreement they will schedule your appointment much later than if you don't have it (try the difference in scheduling an app online - selecting "Not sure" when asked about which warranty type or selecting Sears...
