I made my appointment and then confirmed via Chat that they would confirm that the repairman was on his way so I could be home.I got a text at 1:35 pm that they repairman was on his way.
When I got home there was a note on my door saying I had missed them and they were there at 12:40 pm. So I got a text an hour after they showed up! I called the 800 number and various other numbers I found only to get connected to a person in the Phillipines who barely spoke English. Everyone person I called basically gave me the run around and didn't care that about the late text or helping me in any way.
The repairman called me back 3 hours later just to say I missed him and to call the 800 number again to reschedule.
