Please do not go with company for their whole home service. I have had nothing but problems getting my appliances repaired.

My last repair (clothes dryer) was a 10 day wait period for it to be serviced. Then the part was on back order and they could not give me an estimate on when it would be in. Their answer was to wait by the phone for a call. When the service man came the first time I showed him that I could have it shipped through amazon in 2 days.

They made me pay my 99.00 deductible up front with no time frame on when it could be fixed. They refuse to compensate me in any way and cant give me a time when it will be fixed. So today I ordered the part through amazon and I will fix it myself.

They just don’t care!!!! This is why this company will go under!
