Charged a bunch to not fix the problem.Technician rude and actually hung up on me.
Technician lied that I cancelled follow-up appointment when in fact he didn't show up and called me after the time window. Technician said he could not fix the problem. Support staff refused any consideration of refund (even partial). They refused to pass me to higher levels of organization beyond the department manager.
If all Sears businesses are run like this one it is no wonder they are going out of business.Do not use this company if unless you have money to through away and don't care if the repair actually works.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $330.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Poor customer service, Lack of customer service, Feeling ripped off.
