I purchased a new fridge on 2/3. Brought it home and it doesnt work. Tech came and said it's not repairable. Contacted store.. NOTHING

Contacted sears about my master service agreement NOTHING.. they keep me on hold for hours each time i call hoping i will hang up. Then tell me to wait another 72 hours. This is INSANITY over and over and over.

Its 3/21 and i keep getting the run around about a replacement.

Not one person can tell me whats going on. I have 2 kids and im sick. I need to know there is a coarse of action or plan. I need to know i have some resolution in my future... but i get nothing. I have medical needs that require refrigeration. I was sold a lemon and im NOT PROTECTED and i purchased the extended warranty and im still NOT PROTECTED. All that junk sears states on the agreement brochure about "being protected" is a scam and a hoax!!! They sold me a piece of junk, they know it and they have done nothing. I should have read the reviews first. I had no idea sears had been invaded by total idiots
