Dishwasher failed in September 2017. Sears/contractor has been to house 5 times 7 different repair people.
Ordered parts each time. Had to wait weeks for each repairman to come out. Now they say dishwasher needs replaced. The replacement is in review.
Also destroyed high ent tile in front of dishwasher to get out. When all had to do is screw legs up to get out. This tile is not to be found have to replace whole floor. Sears won’t give us time frame for review.
But say once review is complete it takes 30 days for replacement. We continue to pay our monthly premium. No one will help us at sears.
