No customer service. Do not stand by their extended warranty.

They just do not show up to repair and trying to get another appointments futile. I have called and called and called and cannot get another appoint,ent and have been without a refrigerator for two weeks. I will never ever buy from Sears again. No wonder they are going out of business.

I seem to have no recourse. Can anyone help me get some satisfaction. My refrigerator is only two years old. I have just plunked out $1200 for an extended warranty.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

They have this assinine thing where they order the part and have it sent to your home. My part did not arrive so therefore the tech never came nor an I get another appt.
