I scheduled a service call for my refrigerator 10 days ago. Sears sent me an email yesterday at 5 pm reminding me of today's scheduled service.

Wife stayed home all day as the arrival window was 8 am to 5 pm. At 5:45 today I called the service phone number and cancelled the appointment. Although they said the service technician would call or text prior to arrival, that never happened. Second time I've had the same result in 2 attempts for service.

Forget it. Should have gone with a local appliance repair the first time.

Never again. Sears customer for 43 years.
