I had an appointment for service of a broken refrigerator and freezer scheduled on 3/2/2018. The repairman showed up two days early and called my phone.

He said that since I wasn't home they had to reschedule until the 12th of March. I told him I could be home in ten minutes. He claimed he had already left and was not allowed per company policy to return. I have the ring service.

I looked on my camera in real time and he was parked in my driveway. When I called him on his like he hung up. I have been without a refrigerator for nearly three weeks and they want it to be five weeks of no refrigerator.

Sears sucks!! I attached a photo of the original receipt for proof that our scheduled repair date was March 2nd.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
