On Nov.7 my less than 2 year old refrigerator stopped working. Called Sears to set up an appointment for repair.
They said Nov.30. I said I need my fridge for Thanksgiving. Sorry all of our techs are busy. HMM must have really bad products I said.
Man came on Nov.30 said I need a new compressor and he will be back on Dec.18. Unacceptable I said. Called customer service and was told well if you bought the extended warranty you would not have to wait so long. REALLY.????
They said the new compressor will be delivered in 7-10 days. I said no I want it shipped over night.
They said sorry we don't do that. We will never ever ever buy another product from Sears.
