The people at sears are terrible. I have tried to contact them so many times and they tell me the same thing over and over again.

SORRY I am having the same problem every year with the fan and blower on this unit not working. It will work 10 to 12 months and than stop working. When they come out it might take them 2 to 3 months to get the unit to work. Two years ago I went with out heat for 5 months because it took that long to get a part for the unit.

I am at the point the I do not know what to do. I would like to be part of the class action lawsuit.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Home Services Home Warranty.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $178.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: No one at all cares about customers, Not honoring their arrival times and do not call, Customer services, Stock answers.
