I had a tech come to inspect my washer, dryer, refrigerator & Bosch dishwasher. He didn't even open doors. Did not leave a receipt. Supposedly for warranty checkups. Turns out he wasn't a sr tech like he said he was. So I didn't get the warranty service that I've paid for. Additionally, my clothes washer wasn't rinsing my clothes. This tech said he couldn't find problem. Duh. Said he smelled odor from washer and I should clean my machine. ...

Washing machine stopped working. It took 5 weeks for them to come out and i was assured they would have all the parts needed for the repair due to error code. When repairman came he had no parts. Was told that it would be another 4 weeks and they would have to order parts that should have been ordered in the first place. I asked about the laundry claim credit of $200.00 that their employee was to sign me up for. I was then told that it was not...

I am extremely disappointed with the service that Sears technical repair department provided for me. My wife took off from work today to have a washer repaired, Their technician came out, repaired it, and within 10 minutes it was broken again with the exact same problem. He indicated that he could not wait to verify that it was working properly. When she called back several times to report our concern, she was hung up on, never acknowledged...

Worst Customer Service EVER!!! I called to get our Samsung washer repaired. The technician came after waiting for 4.5 hours, diagnosted the problem (he thought) and ordered a new controller board. The board came that Friday but of course they could not come and put the board in until the following Tuesday. When he came the following Tuesday to put the board in - the controller board was bad (took him over an hour to figure out the board was...

I was charged $79.00 for a service charge to repair a 3 year old Maytag washer. After about an hour, the "tech" advised me that the control panel was bad and the power cord had a short. He then quoted a charge of over $400.00 to repair. I can get a brand new one for that amount. Anyway, I got a second opinion and was told that the power cord and panel were both fine but that the plug harness was bad. Got an almost new washer for $80.00 off...
