Our technician neglected to leave the credit/coupon to use toward a future purchase after he left a ridiculous estimate for my Kenmore washer. I had an appointment on January 5, 2015 and the repair person did not order a belt which was needed to repair the dishwasher. On the next appointment another repair personnoticed the unit needed more than a control unit. I am glad the company will pay for the belt, but the time it takes to get the job done is way too long. I called Sears Home Services on January 31, 2016. They said a technician would arrive between 1:00 and 5:00 PM on Monday, February 1st to fix my washer. I had a tech come to inspect my washer, dryer, refrigerator & Bosch dishwasher. He didn't even open doors. Did not leave a receipt. Supposedly for warranty checkups. Had repair man Jan. 1, 2016. He left at 6:30PM Iput in a wash as soon as he left Kept checking on it and after 2 and a half hrs. when the spin light was on it was filling up with water. even though at first sears was intorable...we went without running water for over 3 weeks in the beginning waiting for sears to make a decision on our well pump which served us as our only means of water in our house....even though they did reimburse us for the new pump we had to have put in i would still never deal with them on a home warranty again.. after nearly three months and .after we got in touch with a well company and put our own well...
