I had called for service on a laundry washer.The first repairman came out to do a diagnostic test and determined that it needed a new pump. He ordered the pump, scheduled the pump repairman to come out, and took my payment in full. The second repairman came on the scheduled day and determined the pump was not needed. i just had a repairman from sears home services come by a few minutes ago. he estimated over 310$ to fix my kenmore washer. I bought a Kenmore washer from sears. Soon after it quit working properly. They offered an extended warranty which I bought. The machine was fixed. As soon as the warranty expired the machine broke again. I was offered another warranty which would have made those payments more than the machine costs. I declined. Sears Home Services was supposed to come to our house to repair the clothes washer between 1pm and 5pm today. I called in the morning and they said we were in the 3pm to 5pm window. The tech called at 3pm and said he would come between 5pm and 6pm. At 6pm I called Sears and was told he would be here by 7pm. At 7pm I called Sears and was told he wasn't coming .... and the earliest they could reschedule is in EIGHT days! Totally unacceptable.

We purchased a washing machine from them in March 2016 with a warranty. The door latch broke on July 10th. They sent someone that week and he did absolutely nothing, washer still broke. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. We have taken 4 days off (over 30 days) to wait for service, and still the washer repair has not been completed. There is absolutely no one you can talk to. No accountability. No customer service. We will never buy from Sears or its affiliates again.

The fact that I've been out of a washer for 2 weeks now and they keep rescheduling my appointments is really frustrating. I had an appointment today and wasn't even called to be told that they wouldn't be coming. I had to call myself after not receiving any updates. Very unlike you Sears especially for me to have a warranty. Let's get it together.

Have had them out three times to fix my washer, called last week to have them out yet again (will never buy anything from ears again!) The were to come out today and never showed, no phone call, etc. Have been on the phone with them for 40 minutes and can get no anwers!!
