Sear came out on April 10 ordered a part to fix my refrigerator. It was under Manufacturer Warranty.1 week later the man installed the part.

But broke our ice maker , which wasn't broken when the first repairman came out. I called to have someone out to look at the ice maker , he said the replaced part , a condenser was not cooling properly. He ordered that again , and said I needed 2 new parts and would order a new icemaker.. The fridge stopped cooling , before the new parts came in.

So last Friday another technician came out at 2:30 not between 8& 12 as promised. He seemed to be in a hurry, said we didn't need the 2 parts and installed the condenser. Said UPS would pick up the parts and we would receive a refund. The icemaker didn't work on Friday , so I was going to call today about that , but I got up this morning , and all the groceries we bought to replace the ones that were ruined after your first repair didn't work , the freezer items were totally wet and useless and the fridge items were warm.

I don't have extra money to keep replacing groceries that are ruined because of repair techs not knowing what they are doing. I live with my disabled sister and my neice and her 2 babies. I work full time but I don't have money to replace the groceries I lost both times which was Sears fault. All your supervisors say is sorry, we don't replace groceries, like robots.

My grandmother and mother and my sisters have shopped at Sears for years , but I am really hurt by the way I have been treated. One of your supervisors offered me $10.00 credit to my account , but how do I feed my nieces babies with a credit from Sears and still not having a working refrigerator? I need help, not someone saying they are sorry.

I keep getting a phone center in the Philippines , and they won't refund my money for the parts , they keep saying it was for a service call , I have UPS tracking numbers the parts were sent back.. I t is unbelievable the way they are operating ...


Contact the bbb and news media sears normal practices. Rochester NY
