Had repair scheduled btwn 10-2, service gentleman called at 11:45 to say he would be here btwn 12-2, 2:20 no show.Called customer service and they told me now btwn 3-5. After serv man comes they need to order parts that won't be here for 7 days. Our Refrigerator went out over the weekend. We scheduled an appointment with Sears and had to wait till Tuesday (Window 1-5). Got a call @ 6 letting us know they couldn't make it. My wife had to book out all her clients for the entire afternoon = Lost income!! We called to reschedule and the next possible appointment was for 1.5 weeks later. After rescheduling from @Sears, we now will have to wait until April 5 for fridge repair. At that point, we will have been without a refrigerator for over a month!! After a lifetime of Kenmore loyalty, we will never buy another Sears appliance!!

Totally disappointed with the subcontractor SEARS sent to my home to repair my refrigerator. When I paid for my warranty, I expected the same type of quality service I was guaranteed by the sales rep. The repair window was between 8 am-12 noon. My fridge is collecting water in the bottom shelf and we called the repair guy and we came to know that the sears repair work is not covered since it is not a mechanical failure. When they sold this they did not tell us. Here is the bottom line if you have a motor that fails every 6 months it might be worth otherwise it is waste of money. We have been having major electrical issues with our refrigerator since Thanksgiving (4.5 months ago!) and when the Sears technician came out, they said they needed to replace one of the circuit boards. Purchased an entire Kenmore Elite kitchen suite in 2015. Turned out to be a not so 'suite' deal.
