We have a Kenmore Elite that Sears can not seem to fix 18months old $3200 refrigertor! Sears could care less that I have been without a refrigerator for almost 2 months! We have been give the run around by Sears horrible customer care! I will let everyone I know what we've been through and will Never Buy From Sears Again!

2 hours late and overcharged after they told my wife additional services were needed. She agreed so they would start and hopefully be out of our house by 9pm, on a school night. Maybe if they ever showed up on time they would be better received? ? ( and the fridge is still leaking, $250 later??)

How many times does a technician have to come out to service the same refrigerator before I get another one? I have had the Sears warranty on my refrigerator since day one. They have come to repair at least 6 times. Now we're are on #7. They come after a week, then have to order parts...now it's another week to 10 days. Let's see one of them live without a refrig for 2+ weeks

We have a Kenmore Elite refrigerator that went out after only 5 years and we called Sears Home Services to come check it out. The tech did not even tell us what was wrong.
