Appointment for maintenance on refrigerator was for Friday, 8/18/17 from Noon-5pm. Got a call a little after 5pm from a service person who asked if the appointment was for yearly maintenance and was there anything wrong with it.

I said no, except that a bulb was out. He said he couldn't do a repair?? It was only a lightbulb. Then he transferred me to someone, not in U.S.

to reschedule for Monday, 8/21. We waited all day, no one showed. When we called to find out what happened, they said the technician said he came and no one was home and no one answered the phone. We were here all day, sitting right by the opened front door.

We asked to speak to a supervisor who then said we couldn't get another appt. until 8/25. We asked to speak to someone who was in the U.S. and supposedly got someone in Arizona.

They couldn't get in touch with the repair center because it was closed for the night and we should try to call in the am.

We decided to call another service company. Not worth the aggravation to deal with Sears Home Services anymore.
