I purchased both a lawn tractor and a lawn mower last April. Both are /were under warranty. The lawn mower already quit working and Sears did not honor the warranty, even though they assembled it. I was quoted $139 on the phone.Serviceman came out, mower wasn't starting so he checked the battery, said you need a new battery. Changed the oil, oil filter. Blew out the air filter. Did not change the spark plug, looked at the blades said they were good for another year. Gave him my credit card, he scanned it I signed he then printed the receipt & I was in shock. $383.11. Wow.Been Sears customer for over 40 years and have had enough! Purchased Walk Behind Mower around 21/2 yrs ago have had to send to be repaired 2 times for same issue still issue, had parts break and looked up on website. Wrong schematic, wrong pt numbers and customer service try's to figure out but only know what they show on their computers (wrong) or what they are told by so called "supervisors"! Was scheduled for 12/18/15 between 1-5 (under extended warranty agreement) - spent the entire day waiting, no one from Sears ever called, even after repeated calls on my part - lost the entire day of work - sat by the phone until 6:30. Lawn has now grown beyond what the mower can handle (see photo) so have to pay for commercial landscaper to mow with a Brush Hog - am rescheduled for 12/23/15 today again and have lost another 1/2 day of income...

Because I asked her what she was talking about when she mentioned that most of the pick ups were not ready because of the holidays. She went crazy saying that I was rude.
