Sears Home Services - Pathetic

We've been waiting 2 days for their service provider to respond to our 2 calls for an a/c issue. A previous claim for a hot water tank issue, a week ago, still hasn't been resolved - they told us to find someone ourselves, have them jump thru hoops to be spproved for payment. No service provider here at the Cape will work with them - payment is incredibly slow.
