We bought a dryer from Sears on March 24, 2016. Three days later I had a repair man out but he couldn't find a problem. I was having an issue with the checklint light and starting it. They've came out about 10 times since January 2016 to repair my kenmore dryer. Everytime someone comes out the dryer will go out weeks later. No one seems to know what their doing. Haven't had a dryer now for 5 weeks because everytime they come out (4th time now since I've been without my dryer) they diagnose it with something new. Schedule service appointment in April 2016 on my Kenmore dryer, the service tech fail to fix the problem instead he fixed a part that wasn't the problem, called back with my complaint, had to hold the line for at least 30 minutes then spoke with very rude customer service reps not even American! Will not recommend Sears to no one a total rip off!
