after technician told me on 8/10 he did not have the part on his truck for my LG Dryer. Appt confirmed for 8-12....NOTHING, no phone call either. I called Sears and spoke with several people (clearly NOT in the USA) who only told me the system was down and they could not guarantee a technician...HUH???? This was scheduled LAST WEEK. Schedule service appointment in April 2016 on my Kenmore dryer, the service tech fail to fix the problem instead he fixed a part that wasn't the problem, called back with my complaint, had to hold the line for at least 30 minutes then spoke with very rude customer service reps not even American! Will not recommend Sears to no one a total rip off!

They've came out about 10 times since January 2016 to repair my kenmore dryer. Everytime someone comes out the dryer will go out weeks later. No one seems to know what their doing.
