We had a service technician today for repairing our Kenmore Elite dishwasher (Technician ID#0623819). He replaced the parts (hose and drain pump). When done he pushed the dishwasher back in without pulling the powercord out first. The powercord is stcuk under the diswasher and it can be connected to the out let. In short after spending about $250 I still can't use the dishwasher. The Service toll free number gave me appointment for 10 days....

We have been making appointment after appointment with technicians that are no show, the excuse: technician was sick. Same excuse for each no show. Seriously? These guys keep making appointments and not showing up and making appointments again. Each appointment is further away from the next. Sears service has been the worst I have dealt with in years. Multiple service calls- parts sent to our home that don't resolve the issue. Calling customer service or Email with no response. This was my first time needing repairs on my dishwasher as it isn't even a year old. I received the typical four hour window, which has since come and gone (between 8 and 12).
