Sears Home Services in Sahuarita, Arizona - Parts not available for 12 days from Sears - online in 2

The service guys are great but the office and parts supply DOES NOT make it easy. Today I was told I have to wait 12 days for a switch for my washer, which I can order online and get in 2 days. What I am saying is, the warranty isn't worth it if they whole process does not flow. 12 days in addition to the 2 already lost is 14 days without doing laundry. Really? I am done with the untrained represetatives on the phone who can't speak english, yes I said that, who have no concept of customer service. If sears wants to make it - they need more than the BEST service technicians. They need quick turn on parts and supportive customer service reps. Technicians have an impossible job. (PS I see I cannot rate the parts dept..... really?)

Sears Home Services in Moline, Illinois - New Refrigerator

I purchased a refrigerator in January 2019. Have had multiple services calls because it growls , a very annoying noise. This happens for no reason that anyone can determine. I filed a complaint on here because of deceptive and lying claims administrators. I, also, filed with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB closed my case stating that the company addressed my complaints;but, that I was still unhappy. That is putting it mildly. They lied to BBB. They lied to me and they are nothing but a bunch of rip-off artists. As I told BBB, I don’t have the money to hire an attorney; a fact that Sears Home Services and Cross Country Home Services, their subcontractors are banking on. I’ve contacted my Federal representatives who took no interest in this scam of a company.
