I have had Sears service agreement for 19 years and for 19 years every time I call I tell them the job needs two technicians. They always send one and I end up rescheduling in order to have two technicians to complete the job. The service people know it always happens this way. Why can't they make a change to get it right? One whole day wasted waiting on Sears.

I have had two appointments where I waited all day and the technician had to rescheduled because they could not make it. The first time they did not even tell me it had been rescheduled. I found out when I called to complain that they did not show up for our scheduled appointment. My time is very important and I do not appreciate this.
