Scheduled through Sears Service Center. Original date for a technician was May 31, 2017 from 8am to 5pm.

Technician never showed up and Sears Service Center rescheduled for June 1, 2017 -- again technician never showed up. Sears Service Center rescheduled for June 7, 2017 and guaranteed the technician was going to come regardless of how late it was -- again technician never showed up. It is now rescheduled for June 13, 2017 -- anyone want to place a bet on whether or not the technician will show up.

Sears Customer Service isn't; Sears Customer Service does nothing the help the customer and continuously lies to the customer about sending gift cards for your trouble and guaranteeing the technician will show up. There is really no one a Sears you can talk to who cares.

They are going out of business they don't care. Use a different repair company.

If you have a extended warranty just cancel it and get a refund.

You would be better off paying someone that will show up and repair your problem. Rochester NY
