TOM THE TECHNICIAN (NICE MAN) CAME AFTER TWO AND ONE HALF WEEKS OF WAITING FOR SERVICE ON OUR KENMORE DISHWASHER.WE HAD BEEN TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE $99.00 FOR THE VISIT.
HE LOCATED THE PROBLEM WITHIN 30 MINS. AS A LINE HAD BEEN CHEWED BY RATS. IN ORDER TO FIX IT ANOTHER $500 WOULD BE ANTICIPATED FOR PARTS AND LABOR. A NEW MACHINE WOULD COST LESS THAN THE OVER $700 WE WOULD BE CHarged...and of course we didn't get a fixed amt for repair.
We paid not $99.00 but $209. and anticipate that we are due a return of the difference.
In attempting to resolve this issue I was put in touch with customer support who said they couldn't handle it as the invoice was not yet submitted.Okay.
