I had an appointment for maintenance with my washer on Wednesday 8/23/17 from 8am-12pm. Waited for technician until 4pm still didn't show up. I had to call the service 18004MYHOME and cancel my appointment. NEVER do any business with Sears ever again...so disappointed.

The tedh said the varing fridge temp was due to a malfuntioning regulator which is easy to purchase and replace. I was happy to pay the $99 diagnositic fee. The part, ordered from Sears, using the number provided by the tech, did not fix the problem. Sears would not send the tech out to better diagnosis the fridge unless I paid again! Silly Sears, bye bye.

I took my lawn mower to get it repaired at the sears in garden city ny. One of their associates proceeded yo tell me i couldnt leave it to get it repaired because they needed to have at least 12 lawn mowers broken to have mine repaired what the ***??
