I have purchased my oven from sears on November 2017, I have been going back and forty with sears protection department.They haven’t been to replace my new oven.
Due to flames inside while I was cooking “ please se me the video attached “ it winter break my kids are home for 3 weeks. Can’t cook or celebrate Christmas and now I can’t even do New Years because there are not fixing it. Waiting for tech to order the part. But not safe to order a part.
I told them I want to exchange it, there answer was it only happened once.
Second time problem then we will exchange.My whole family ate the food without noticing all the metal was inside.
