So, its been almost 5 weeks since Sears supposedly ordered a rhermostat for my dryer. I was lied to over and over again.

They said the manufacturer of my dryer was out of the part. I called the manufacturer, they said they had plenty and had not ever run out. When I told Sears/Cross Country Home Service the girl would not respond to me, then hung up. I called them at least twice a week for 4 weeks.

Nobody would help me. I dont recall a time I've been so frustrated as a consumer!!! At 4 1/2 weeks i ordered the part myself. It arrived in 2 days!!

Wow, pretty complicated!! I called Sears and told them that my parts came and I wanted to schedule a technician to come put it in. The girl was REALLY surprised. She asked me lots of questions like, oh, when did you get it?

and are you sure? I finally told her I ordered it myself. She verified that I had ordered the right part and said she would have done the same thing and that 4, almost 5 weeks was a rediculous amount of time to have to wait. So, now i want to be reinbursed for the part and they're refusing to reinburse me.

I feel robbed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They absolutely don't care about their customers. They just want to take your monthly fee and $75 deductable and leave you with nothing except a lot of frustration, rudeness, disapointment, and inconvenience!!!!!
