Sears Home Services - Poor customer service and ripoff maintenance agreements.
Do Not, I repeat Do Not buy central air conditioning units from Sears. These Techs have been coming to my house for years to address the same issue and they have not resolved it....we are in the middle of a heat wave and guess what, it has been as high as 90 degrees in my house.
I have taken pictures of the thermostat over the weekend to prove that this is not a joke...I will soon be hitting the social media, the Tv media, newspapers and anyone else that will listen. My husband came home from work today and walked into a 90 degree home, he was not happy. Thinking Consumer Affairs, and possibly a letter to the attorney general, for these fraudulent home maintenance policies. How many times do they have to come back for the same issue, before replacing the entire unit.
No one in this heat should have to wait two weeks to have their central air conditioner fixed. And I still believe that the salesman that came to our home, didn't order a big enough unit to cover our home .
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Sears Home Services Cons: Can not fix it so replace the darn thing now.

Sears doesnโt even have real hvac techs. They are salesman that guess there way thru repairs.
The media will have a field day with them also contact a lawyer and the bbb. Rochester NY
