I have a very bad experienced with sears poor and not professional, rude customers services for my home warranty of dish wash issue, basically they don't want to provide further assistance that customer asked for, even the Supervisors or case managers, they don't want to listen or hear any products and services's questions from customers, but they want you to be responsible all the issues may have and cost. if you want to reach them for issues, usually you have to wait over 30 minutes to get some for helps.... If you look for a home warranty, sears is not your options and don't waste your money and time.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Dislike sears services provided to customer, Lousy customer service, If i could give zero stars i would never again, Sears repiar service.

That is how sears runs the company, anyone with a extended warranty with them should cancel it and get a refund
