I reached Sears Home Services, for my kenmore refrigerator cooling problem. the first tech, arrived and charged me about $350 to get it going temporarily and charged me for the parts.

I never saw the tech again to complete the repair. second time around, called them again, this time another tech and another almost $300 of repair. reached their office regarding this issue, Spencer.

180*-479-**** and received an email informing me that they would be unable to process the refund, because my refrigerator was repaired, even though, I still have cooling problem. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE CONSIDERING SEARS FOR ANYTHING.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $350.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
