I purchased Online at Sears.com a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator on 3/16/2019 this Delivered on 3/19/2019. I did not purchase the extended warranty.

My order# 89388****. On 5/15/2021 I called Sears for a No Cool on my Refrigerator they could not get out to me until 5/19/2021, On 5/19 the tech arrived at 9:00am and had to replace the LG Compressor that I was told was defective and this was covered by the manufacture part Only Labor was additional. at 12:15pm He told me that he ran out of a tank for his blow torch and could not finish the job that someone else would take his place later on?? He left My refrigerator in the middle of my kitchen floor along with boxes and some parts on the counter.

No one never showed up or called I was on the phone with both Sear and A&E factory services until 8:00pm. I took the day off work for this. On 5/20/2021 I got a call form the tech stating he was on his way that was at 9:39am I was at work I had to jump up leave my desk and rush home I live 35 Minutes away. Note no one confirmed with me that someone was coming out that day.

The tech finished the install of the compressor but before he left he offered me the Sears Home Appliance warrant for 49.95 per month and $150.00 off the labor bill. I spoke to representative that took my credit card for this charge and told me I have 30 day waiting period. I never received any paperwork on this warranty information until 7/3/21. I called again for a service on 6/7/21 the refrigerator was defrosting.

Tech came out and the fridge starting running ok. On 6/24 I called again the refridgerator stop cooling again. They came out replaced a condensor the tech filled a jug of water put in my freezer said if it is not frozen by morning this is a Lemon and to call Sears for a replacement. I have not heard from Sears or anyone since that day.

I have called every department looking for a solution best they could do for me is have a tech come out on 7/14 the earliest availability to determine the refrigerator is not repairable. I want my Appliance warranty canceled I do not want to be charged for canceling I did not know I was locked in for 1 year nor do I know where I signed for this. I also want my labor charge credited back to me. I had no choice but to purchase another fridge from Home Depot which was delivered on 7/6.

I also got an email from Eeva Z N. from Sears Member services on 7/1 needing more information Case#718**** with a phone number to call that does not work 1-80*-479-****.

So I called the main home warranty number and they have no Idea who Eeva is and how to reach her?? I totally give up do not know what else to do at this point.

User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SEARS.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
