After waiting all day for a repair technician to service my Bosch Dishwasher, they never showed. When I contacted them the new day the BEST they could do was reschedule 16 days later.
I already waited 7 days for the first appointment. That would mean almost a one month wait period for a dishwasher repair! Are they insane? How can they operate a business like this?
If this was a good operation they would have apologized, explain why the technician did not show and offered me an immediate appointment within the next day, 2 at max. There time frame is generous for the technician, 9-5 but for an employed person who must take an entire day off from work for no repair, this is an insult.
