I bought an expensive riding mower from Sears in Bradenton, FL. When I needed my 1st service, I got stood up by a lawn mower repair guy named Jessy who failed to make the appointment.
He rescheduled for the next morning. Then, failed the 2nd appointment too, causing me to have to stay home from work and lose my pay for 2 days this week. I tried contacting the store manager, but it all goes to voicemail and no-one returns the calls. I tried calling Sears corporate and all the Service calls get routed to India.
Sears has lost a lifetime customer, I'll never walk into their store again. The guy 'Jessy' was so unprofessional I know now that Sears is a dead brand to hire such irresponsible people to repair mowers.
