To whom it may concern, that can help expedite our situation.
In August 2025, we received a system fault 32-59, low pressure lockout. We have a Sears Home Services contract (no. 132129**** 00080) to service our Carrier heat pump and air conditioning unit. The service technician did all his tests and confirmed the outside coil unit needed to be replaced. As of this date, January 20, 2026, we still have not received a replacement for our defective coil unit. The system fault was in the summer (2025); it is now the winter (2026). We have electric heat, which is adequate, but I'm hoping we can get our unit fixed before the heat of the summer arrives. If a replacement coil can't be obtained, would it be possible for us to get an entirely new unit, even if it is at a heavily reduced replacement cost.

User's recommendation: Carrier may be a profitable company, but if you ever need replacement parts, replaced by Sears Home Services, beware.
