From what I read now, I waited what seems to be the standard week to get emergency service for my side-by-side refrigerator /freezer, but, what seems to be now standard sears service, nobody showed up. Just received text rescheduling service.
...to next week...8 to 5 again. That means at least one more day off work. CS people just don't care. After more then 25 years they treat customers like dirt.
