From what I read now, I waited what seems to be the standard week to get emergency service for my side-by-side refrigerator /freezer, but, what seems to be now standard sears service, nobody showed up.Just received text rescheduling service.

...to next week...8 to 5 again. That means at least one more day off work. CS people just don't care. After more then 25 years they treat customers like dirt.

When I checked around I found an A+ rating at BBB. This does not make sense to me bsed on the roughly thousand complains I have found about Sears (lack of) Home Service. File a complaint through your local BBB, making sure they get a copy, and that might be the only way to get things moving for you.

You won't get anywhere with anyone at sears.Contact the bbb and news media.

I would also cancel your contract and get a refund.
