From what I read now, I waited what seems to be the standard week to get emergency service for my side-by-side refrigerator /freezer, but, what seems to be now standard sears service, nobody showed up. Just received text rescheduling service.

...to next week...8 to 5 again. That means at least one more day off work. CS people just don't care. After more then 25 years they treat customers like dirt.

How do you contact Sears corporate office? The big boss.

When I checked around I found an A+ rating at BBB. This does not make sense to me bsed on the roughly thousand complains I have found about Sears (lack of) Home Service. File a complaint through your local BBB, making sure they get a copy, and that might be the only way to get things moving for you.


You won't get anywhere with anyone at sears. Contact the bbb and news media.

I would also cancel your contract and get a refund.
