Called main number on booklet which came with unit.What a nice woman told me no problem and its covered and the technician would be out Saturday at 1PM. Smells bad "Saturday with no cash to be given ,Warranty work.

2good to be true. Right I am. She replied she was in Texas ,as I was in Florida. Sat.

came and I got a call from a local number changing the appointment to Monday 1 to 4 PM. They were right ,some MUTT turned up just about 4PM and tryied to shake me down for $75 cash for the already confirmed covered by warranty two times. I call the last number I spoke to a" KIETH" who said he will fix it and get back to me ( right ) just as soon as Santa Claus shows up. Sears was a house hold name in my family for generations and I'm 75 y/o and disabled ,no more.

Why don,t they all just curl up and die already instead of trying to rob the elders.
