Oh boy. The whole shebang of Kenmore Elite appliances installed in our new house....nothing but issues.
Customer service is surly on the phone. The different departments only refer or transfer you to different phone numbers and you have to repeat the problems several times until you get fed up. Half the time the people on the other end just say contact the builder. They have no record of installing our appliances (Sears) and refuse to do anything.
The builder has since dropped their contract with them. So the poor customers are left holding the bag. One guy even tried to talk us into getting a SERVICE CONTRACT on our appliances when they can't even own their problems.
It is kind of sad because Sears used to be known for excellent customer service. Now it is like 'not our department' and 'let me transfer you'....what a joke.
