What do I do next? Nothing has changed, Sears won't refunded I emailed Sears and mentioned that I reported them to your webpage.

Heres hiw it went down, The SHC email adressee asks me for more Info, I give it and they refer me to a 1800 Sears no. I call the 1800 no. They refer me back to the SHC email addressee.

Then I repeat and repeat these steps until I give up. Now what should do to get my 1400.00 back for a product that I never received?
