Been without a fridge for months and the warranty team could care less.techs are not skilled and service is horrible.
Try to make an appt and they will offer you something 2-3 weeks out... or refer you to a 3rd party company that sucks just as much. So disappointing. Will not purchase from sears again.
Don't waste your time with this company. Go spend a little more money elsewhere . Ive spend hundreds just in electric from my broken appliance trying to constantly cool yet the cooling chamber is blocked with ice. Stay away from sears/warranty.
You'll thank me later.P.S no matter what phone number you try they all go to an automated sys then out souced to a international call center where they cant help.
