my sears lg frig i bought from sears just over a year ago has always given me a problem from ice maker not working y to my last call of freezer not working and all my food ruined. approx $300 worth of money out of my pocket.

It took for ever to get the repaimen scheduled out to my home. This was due to the holdays and other excuses they love to make. Now after months of waiting the wrong parts ordered and sears has no idea when a new part will come in. Also the repairmen discovered i had no fridge filter all this time of having the fridg.

Tried to tell sears they owed me a filter. No luck, they just dont care.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Home Services Customer Care.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: fix my fridge, give me my owed fride filter .
