I am a 25 year ex employee with this disgraceful company.This once great company is so pathetic I am embarrassed to admit I ever worked for them. Consumers beware they highly overcharge for service and repair that is provided by *** subcontractors or so called technicians that are trained to sell.
The whole house warranty they offer has so many exclusions in it that nothing is covered. They will be bankrupt soon and we will all be better off. If you have a extended warranty with them I would recommend you call and get a refund for it. Between the horrendous service you will receive, or service you will not receive after their bankruptcy or loop holes you will be happy you got your money back.
If you have had a bad expirence I would call the bbb and contact the news media we are working on a national news story to show consumers how terrible life is at sears. Consumers and employees are running as fast as they can and you should too.Rochester NY
