I don't even know where to begin!The customer service I've received thus far is beyond disgusting!
I've called for a repair on my refrigerator and the tech came out and made it 10x worst! Their telling me I can't get an earlier appointment and there is really no way possible I can get an earlier appoint because this is a non emergency. Everyone at that 800service number reall suck. Their very rude and they do not know the true meaning of customer service.
I feel like I'm camping inside my house because I have to keep a little bit of food in the *** cooler. Every other night filling it up with ice.
And now because the refrigerator portion is not working my freezer is also not working so now I have work fridge at all!But sears don't care I spent money for an extended warranty for 5yrs and this is how they treat their customers!
