We purchased a craftsman riding lawn mower less then 2 years ago from sears. We had to have a service technician come out three times to repair multiple parts need to be replaced.
This last time was the end all for us. When dealing with customer service to schedule this last repair it was noted the part needed they stated a technician would be here to replace the Trans axle. Technician shows up no part and says he was here just to do a visual he would be back in another 2 weeks. Called customer service got no where!
They had the incorrect address and spelling of our last name and the Manuel that was given to us didn't even match our riding lawn mower parts weren't the same. Asked to speak to a manager she tells me there is no one hire then her to speak too. Offers a 50 dollar reimbursement for lost of wages for the day missed from work. It goes beyond 50 dollars.
The frustration of having a riding lawn mower that you can't use for over month repeatedly for the short time we've owned it and no urgency from sears to repair is unacceptable.
We live in New England and we can't utilize our mower for when we need it most. Sears payment goes out every month that's the customers responsibility hold up your end of the bargain where's your loyalty to your brand and your customers
