Called to check if they could tell me where the 3rd part for our repair order was. The customer service agent said she needed to transfer me, I was on the open line and could hear her talking.

I said hello several times and she said she had to wait for an open transfer line. Still on the line listening to her talk and repeated hello several more times- she proceeded to hang up. Really!

I have heard my daughter talk about the incompetent people handling the phones- now I truly understand her frustration dealing with their customer service. The refrigerator has had 4 service calls since late August- not good.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Home Services Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Hire and train your customer service people properly.

I didn't like: Customer sevice, Call service - she hung up on me.
