I bought a brand-new refrigerator that lasted six months at almost $3000. After a month it stopped working.

After being without a refrigerator for over a month because they could not locate parts for it, it was replaced. After 2 years and 1 day exactlly the new 1 stopped working. That was on July 31,2018. I was told the parts might be in on Aug 28th.

They have done nothing to help me get a new refrigerator or even borrow 1 while they are waiting for these parts to come in. Im always told its common for these parts to go and many customers have the same complaint. Why not just keep these cheap parts in stock if you're always having trouble with them ? I'm constantly repeating my story to whoever answers the phone.

They are ALL programmed to say the same BS.

They are the worst company ever to deal with. If something isn't done soon I 100% plan to take extream action.
