April 7, 2019 I noticed my Samsung refrigerator acting up. Since I had a 3 year extended warranty on my refrigerator I tried calling the appointment people on Sunday. No answer. Called Monday morning first thing and they set an appointment for the following Saturday! 6 days! OK, there nothing sooner.

They get here Saturday and figured out the problem. Didn't have the part so they ordered it. 3-5 business days.

OK. lets then make the appointment for the next Friday or Saturday to install. Nope. The parts have to be delivered and then I call to make another appointment. Soonest time is then the following Thursday, April 25.

They come to install the new parts. Guess what? Wrong parts!

Another 3-5 business days to be delivered. No overnight delivery service to expedite this matter.

This time he set up the appointment for install as May 7. Thats 1 month from the day I called to hopefully the final repair and final time I ever use Sears Home Service again.

Everyone I called kept referring me to other groups within Sears and no one would take the responsibility to help me. I couldn't believe it!

I would not recommend this company for any future repairs!

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
